At Turner Dermatology, we believe that protecting your skin’s health is paramount to preserving your skin’s beauty. Life is hard on skin. Turner Dermatology employs the latest treatments in cosmetic dermatology to achieve natural youthful results for its patients including:

Botox is used in the treatment of unwanted wrinkles on the face, especially those of the forehead, in-between and around the eyes. Botox relaxes the muscles, softening the appearance of wrinkles and helping prevent the formation of new wrinkles. Botox can also be used for the treatment of excess sweating under the arms.

KYBELLA® (deoxycholic acid) is an injectable treatment that can improve the appearance of moderate to severe fat below the chin (submental fat, double chin). Deoxycholic acid is a naturally occurring substance that dissolves dietary fat. When injected under the chin it has been shown to dissolve excess fat resulting in a more contoured jawline by the reduction of that fat.

Fillers are products that are used to help remove lines and wrinkles in the aging face.  These are often the laugh lines or smile lines around the mouth. Fillers may also be used to contour the shape of your cheekbones or shape and augment lips for a natural, beautiful look.

JUVÉDERM VOLUMA® XC, JUVÉDERM® XC, JUVÉDERM® Ultra XC, and JUVÉDERM VOLBELLA® XC contain hyaluronic acid, which is a material that is naturally found in the skin and provides it with hydration and fullness. Your skin can lose hyaluronic acid as a result of sun damage and the aging process. The JUVÉDERM® family of products can shape and volumize aging cheeks, laugh lines, lips, and the corners of the mouth.

RESTYLANE®, RESTYLANE-L® and RESTYLANE® SILK are also hyaluronic acid fillers that can add volume to your skin. RESTYLANE® can be used for treatment of the laugh lines around the mouth and to enhance lips if you are looking to create more shape and add fullness to your smile.

Intense Pulse Light:

Intense Pulse Light or IPL may also be known as a “photofacial” treatment and is used to diminish and remove the unhealthy appearance of sun-damaged skin including sun spots, brown discoloration, redness, and broken capillaries. Treatments are done over multiple sessions with little downtime so you can continue on with your day uninterrupted.

Laser Skin Resurfacing:

Fractional laser resurfacing can be used to treat unwanted fine lines and wrinkles, acne scarring, surgical and traumatic scars, uneven skin pigmentation, and skin laxity. Laser sessions can be performed with minimal downtime and are individualized to treat your specific needs. Ablative laser resurfacing can be performed for difficult under eye areas or vertical lip lines. These laser technologies allow your body to create new collagen to soften the appearance of wrinkles and sun damage. With multiple sessions, the presence of scars will reduce as the pigmentation or redness fades and the texture improves.

Skin Tightening and Body Contouring Therapy:

EndyMed Intensif Microneedling with Radiofrequency uses gold microneedles to deliver energy gently to the dermis of the skin to stimulate the natural remodeling of collagen that leads to smoother and tighter skin. In addition to treating skin laxity and wrinkles this technology can be applied to the treatment of acne scars, stretch marks, and enlarged pores.

EndyMed’s 3DEEP® Radiofrequency facial tightening handpieces can be used to lift sagging skin of the face and neck with no downtime over a series of sessions. The body contouring handpieces also deliver deep thermal energy to large or small areas of the body to firm the abdomen, thighs, buttocks, chest, and upper arms.

Chemical peels may be tailored to suit your skin’s needs. These range from very superficial peels for gentle exfoliation and the treatment of acne to deeper peels that remove blemishes and discoloration while giving your skin a healthy, radiant glow. We will determine which peel is right for your skin type.
